| Their debut album The Whole SheBang, their pop-country song, and their sexy looks made them instant hits with fans. |

SheDaisy, whose Native American origin means, "my sisters," consists of sisters Kristyn, Kassidy and Kelsi Osborn. The country trio hails from Utah, in a town close to Magna. The daughters of a businessman and housewife, their musical backgrounds have much to do with their upbringing.
The tight-knit family would take family vacations quite often, and the time spent in the car was always filled with music, with everything from the Beach Boys and show tunes to Steppenwolf. The Osborn parents were music lovers, and always filled the house with tunes.
Their mother taught Kristyn, Kassidy and Kelsi harmonies by using records in the background, and their love for music spawned from thereon in. But after Kristyn brought home a Restless Heart album, the Osborn sisters were won over by country.
While country music was Kristyn's doing, Kelsi was responsible for bringing the idea of performing into their lives, as she started singing into a microphone at the age of 3 and took voice lessons.
The sisters took their talent to the rest of the neighborhood, and they sold tickets for their "mini shows" (they wore costumes their mother sewed for them). But the trio separated, as Kelsi and Kassidy took their performances further, at places around town such as retirement homes and country fairs, while Kristyn went her separate way. Once Kristyn saw the potential in her younger sisters' act, she joined them after high school graduation.
More gigs were soon to come, moving along to western USA, and playing at a more local venue -- singing the national anthem at Utah Jazz games. While the Osborn sisters went to Nashville during their summers off from school, they eventually headed to the country music mecca in hopes of landing a record contract. |
