Alexus Winston was born on February 20th, 1976, in the High Desert of California. Growing up in the resort community of Spring Valley Lake, within easy reach of Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and the mountains, Alexus has expressed how much she loved living in what she calls, "right in the middle of the world." She appreciated the outdoors from a young age, and still enjoys nearly every outdoor sport from water skiing to snowboarding, and even nude sunbathing.
After graduating from high school, Alexus spent some time working as a nursing assistant at a Brain Trauma Center. "I helped people with brain injuries learn everyday-living skills," she explains. "It was very rewarding." Yet Alexus, who had always had a streak of exhibitionism in her, wanted more. She began to develop a taste for showing off for the camera -- and the more risqu, the better. After getting an agent in 1996, she was introduced to legendary erotic photographer Suze Randall.
Randall took one look at the shapely Alexus and shot her for Pent.house magazine. She became the Pent.house Pet for November 1997, which became the start of an ongoing relationship with the infamous men's magazine.
She was runner-up for the Pent.house Pet of the Year in 2000, and is one of the magazine's most photographed beauties. "And," adds Pent.house founder/publisher Bob Guccione, "by far the most popular." As a result, Alexus has traveled the world doing international promotions for Penthouse. |
