"My story has been pretty neat. To be honest with you, I grew up in a wonderful place in a wonderful country. My family gave me unconditional love as I grew up. Middle class, work hard, blue collar family. I have never had anything terrible happen in my life. God blessed me with having a healthy family and good people around me. I feel in love with this music."

| Thanks to his great voice and love for classic songs, Michael Buble holds a special spot in our CD collection. He brought back and re-popularized music's finest standards, and for that -- and the awesome effect his singing has on the females in our lives -- we praise him. |

| In 2003, Michael Buble's self-titled debut album was a runaway hit, as he revived classic songs by Sinatra, the Bee Gees and Van Morrison, among others. Songs like "Moondance" and "Put Your Head On My Shoulder" wooed audiences, attracting them in droves to Buble's many live performances. Following extensive touring, Buble released It's Time, another album of standards that solidified him as one of music's great young voices. |

Buble's self-titled debut became an instant hit, as he covered standards from a slew of legends like Van Morrison, Paul Anka and Queen. To follow up the acclaim he got for such hits as "Sway," Buble embarked on an exhausting world tour, spreading his music to all corners of the globe and earning comparisons to Harry Connick Jr..
A self-described workaholic, Buble went right back to the studio after the tour, releasing the CD and DVD compilation Come Fly With Me in 2004, before releasing his sophomore album, It's Time, in 2005. The album, like its predecessor, featured both contemporary and older classics, and Buble once again impressed with his version of Gershwin and Sinatra songs, as well as a duet with Nelly Furtado ("Quando, Quando, Quando"). Proving that he could do more than cover songs, he released the original song "Home," which was written by Buble, and arranged by David Foster and Bill Ross.
Though barely three years had passed since his debut, Buble was hugely popular by 2005; It's Time reached No. 1 in Canada, Australia, Japan, and Italy, and reached the Top 10 in the U.S. and the UK. Buble was also named "Best New Talent" at 2004's Juno Awards (the Canadian Grammys). With more tours to come and a holiday EP called Let It Snow (released in 2003), Buble is at the top of his game. |
