| Reno is one of France's most famous actors, and with roles in international box-office hits like The Professional (1994), Mission: Impossible (1996), Hotel Rwanda (2004), and The Pink Panther (2006), he is also one of that country's most successful acting exports. |

2006 found the actor involved in several more major releases. He played Gendarme Gilbert Ponton in The Pink Panther with Steve Martin, and was featured in The Da Vinci Code, based on Dan Brown's bestseller. He will also be appearing in the drama Margaret with Anna Paquin and Matt Damon, and Flyboys, a World War I saga about America's first fighter pilots.
Reno also provided the voice of Le Frog in Flushed Away, an animated feature about a rat in the sewers of London featuring the voices of Kate Winslet and Hugh Jackman.
Reno has been married twice. With his first wife, Genevive, he has a daughter, Sandra (born in 1978), and a son, Mickael (born in 1980). With his second wife, former model Nathalie Dyszkiewicz, he has a son, Tom (born in 1996), and a daughter, Serena (born in 1998). The actor divides his time between homes in Paris and Los Angeles. |
