Jackman can't wait to lose his Sexiest Man Alive title.
Wolverine star topped People magazine's yearly poll last year and even though he was pleased by the honour, the actor admits he is ready to pass the title onto someone else so he can stop looking after himself.
He told,"The pressure is off and he can be a scalawag again. I thought that there were thousands of other guys that deserved it but it has been a great year."
Hugh insists he would happily accept the honor if it were accessible again. "I want to be the first to have it back and that would be incredible."
He is happily married to actress DeborraLee Furness who he wed in 1996.
The Australia star recently exposed him and Deborra always make time to be with one another to keep the saga in their relationship alive.
He told,"Make sure you have a date night just the two of you together."
The actor has adopted children, Oscar, nine and Ava, four, with his wife who he met on the set of TV show.
