Meanwhile, Gisele and Tom are facing legal woes, as two photographers have filed a complaint in Manhattan Federal Court accusing the couple of assault and battery five months after being the victims of gunfire at the couple's second wedding ceremony.
Seeking $1,000,000 in damages, the pair's lawyer tells, 'Bodyguards are not supposed to be pulling out guns and firing at photographers. That's a no-no. It just shows terrible lack of training and supervision.'
