On Sunday Rock singer Bret Michaels finally had a reason to celebrate as winning the reality TV show "The Celebrity Apprentice." Bret Michaels had recently suffered by brain hemorrhage and appeared on the road to recovery but was then readmitted to hospital after experiencing numbness on the left side of his body.
All these medical woes come after a brain hemorrhage that left the rocker clinging to life on April 21. "It sounded like a small handgun went off in the back of my head," Michaels said. "It felt like a pop. They call it a thunderclap. ... It's like a migraine times 10. It ran from my temple down to the back of my skull. I knew something was wrong."
The show's host Donald Trump told Michaels was Sunday's finale, winning $250,000 for his nominated charity, the American Diabetes Association. Through the season, model and actress Holly Robinson Peete was the obvious frontrunner and rock star Bret Michaels was the show's comic relief.
The pop star Michaels, 47, the front man of glam rock band Poison, suffers from diabetes and underwent an emergency appendectomy two weeks before suffering a potentially fatal brain hemorrhage on April 25.
"As soon as I ever start to just go through the motions I'll quit," confessed the 44 year old singer, songwriter, producer, director and actor in a recent.
